Haltermann Carless has received highest level of environmental sustainability recognition by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), the governing body of world motorsport. With our motorsport brands, ETS Racing Fuels and Carless, we are driving low carbon solutions with our up to 100% renewable fuels.

 

FIA Three-Star Environmental accreditation: A major step toward sustainable motorsport

Recently, we have been awarded the coveted Three-Star Environmental accreditation, the highest level of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) sustainability program. This recognition, awarded by the governing body of world motorsport, marks a significant milestone in our company’s journey toward environmental sustainability.

With a commitment to creating low-carbon solutions, we have made remarkable strides in developing renewable fuels  Our motorsport brands ETS Racing Fuels and Carless offer up to 100% renewable fuels, driving the motorsport industry toward a greener future.

FIA's environmental accreditation programme 

Launched in 2011, the → FIA Environmental Accreditation Programme helps motorsport and mobility stakeholders worldwide to assess and improve their environmental performance. It comprises 17 assessment criteria, including energy consumption, supply chain management, transportation plans, noise management and carbon emissions. The accreditation audits are conducted by an independent expert to ensure neutrality. 

FIA is committed to a low carbon future itself, aiming to reach Net Zero by 2030, with an intermediate goal of using 100% sustainable ‘drop-in’ fuel by 2026 for Formula 1 cars.
