Peter Friesenhahn is Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  He is Managing Director of Haltermann Carless Group and member of the Executive Committee of the company.  He is responsible for Corporate Development & Sustainability, Corporate Communication, and Human Resources.

Dr Arne Hoppe is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). He is Managing Director of Haltermann Carless Group and member of the Executive Committee of the company. As Chief Commercial Officer he is responsible for Sales, Marketing as well as for  Technical Service & Development.

Florenz Treschau is Chief Operations Officer (COO) and member of the Executive Committee of Haltermann Carless Group. He is responsible for Production & Technology (P&T), Supply Chain Management (SCM) as well as Indirect Procurement and SHE. 

Fabian Werner is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee of  the Haltermann Carless Group. He is responsible for Finance & Accounting, Controlling, IT, Tax and Risk Management.

In his role as Senior Vice President People & Culture, Vinny Chauhan is member of the Executive Committee. He is responsible for Human Resources including Organisational Development and Corporate Culture. 

As Senior Vice President Corporate Development & Sustainability, Dr Eva Morsbach is member of the Executive Committee. She is responsible for the strategic development of the company, including the Sustainability Strategy, Portfolio Transformation (new products with new production technologies from new raw materials) and Merger & Acquisition (M&A).
