Haltermann Carless Enlarges Manufacturing and Distribution Footprint for Performance Fuels in the U.S. with Corrigan Oil Partnership
Manvel, TX, August 9, 2016 – Haltermann Carless, one of the oldest companies in the world of Chemistry and part of the HCS Group, signed today a strategic manufacturing and distribution partnership with Corrigan Oil, a leading provider of a wide range of commercial and residential fuels and supporting services in the Midwest.
HCS GROUP expands its U.S. Manufacturing Facility
In a much-anticipated ceremony today in Manvel, Texas, HCS GROUP celebrated the start of its expansion at its first ever U.S. Manufacturing Facility. The plant – which will be extended to enable the production of several Hydrocarbons for Specialty applications – has officially renamed as Manvel Manufacturing Center, with a skilled team of more than 30 employees now at work on the first U.S.-site of HCS GROUP.

(“Shu-Chem”), a family-owned company headquartered in Manvel (Houston/Texas). With this acquisition, the HCS Group is growing its market presence in the US and continuing its systematic international expansion.
